By purchasing or accessing any of our products or programs, including Midlife Money Mojo and The No-Budget Money Makeover, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before purchasing.

These Terms cover the following:

• Midlife Money Mojo: a 6-week live mentorship program delivered via live calls, email resources, and a private Telegram community.

• The No-Budget Money Makeover: a self-paced digital product (guide + mini-course) delivered via email download.

Additional offers or products released by Kaia Hunter in the future will also fall under these Terms unless stated otherwise.

3. Payment and Access

All payments are processed securely via Stripe.

Access to products or programs will be delivered via email link following successful payment.

• Midlife Money Mojo: Access to live calls, resources, and community runs for the duration of the 6-week program.

• The No-Budget Money Makeover: Lifetime access to your purchased materials.

4. Refund Policy

All purchases are final unless otherwise stated below.

• The No-Budget Money Makeover: Due to the instant-access nature of this digital product, no refunds will be issued once purchased.

• Midlife Money Mojo: If you decide the program isn’t the right fit, you may request a full refund before the Week 2 live call by emailing kaia@kaiahunter.com.

No transfers, exchanges, or credits to future rounds are available.

All content, materials, templates, videos, guides, and downloads provided by Kaia Hunter are protected by copyright and remain the intellectual property of Kaia Hunter, Midlife Money Mentor.

You are granted a single, personal-use license only.

You may not reproduce, share, resell, distribute, or claim any materials as your own, in whole or in part, without written permission.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate removal from the program and legal action.

All information, training, and materials provided by Kaia Hunter are general in nature and for educational purposes only.

You agree to participate respectfully in all live calls, group discussions, and Telegram communications.

Harassment, discrimination, or unkind behaviour toward Kaia or other participants will result in immediate removal from any of our programs with no refund.

You are responsible for ensuring you have adequate internet access and the ability to open digital files.

9. Limitation of Liability
