Hi I’m Kaia,

Finance Expert, and Creator/Founder of Midlife Money Mojo

I didn’t start building wealth at 20.

At 38, I was starting again. I had to rebuild my financial foundation and decide what I wanted my future to look like.

Over the years that followed, I built my own home, purchased multiple investment properties, and pivoted my career into the finance industry to help women learn to invest in property. I eventually took over the business I spent 10 years in and later sold it for multiple 6 figures.

I’ve spent more than a decade inside finance and property, seeing first-hand what builds long-term wealth, and what keeps women stuck.

What I’ve learned is this: wealth isn’t about perfect timing. It’s about intention.

Today, I mentor midlife women who are ready to stop leaving their future to chance, and start building wealth deliberately.

And I’m living proof that starting again doesn’t mean starting too late.
